Super Cyclone with Jet Filter
The air is taken into cyclone and flows in circular cyclone forever. Due to g-force created by this air circulation the heavy particles hits cyclone wall and fall in to sack placed at the bottom of cyclone.
Cyclone effectiveness differs depending on where aspirator is placed in the system.
In super cyclone system, the aspirator is placed on top of the cyclone cause of this a strong vacuum is created in cyclone it self. An airlock is provided at the bottom of the cyclone where air pressure is stabilized and at the same time light impurities passed in to the sack.
The sack at the bottom of the cyclone which collects the light impurities needs replacing every often. The light impurities (light dust) which exits from the top of the cyclone in to air/environment is about 3-8%. *This percentage would differ from crop to crop.
To avoid the environmental discomfort and reduce the light impurities dispose to air, a bagged filter system is provided for the cyclone.
A suitable filter system is calculated and offered for the plant capacity. Filter sleeve numbers are increased when capacity increases.
After filtration all dust is collected in sacks with the help of an airlock.
A blower is provided in this system for cleaning of the filter sleeves with a shot of pressurized air in to the filter arms. Filter arms have air locks which are controlled by pnomatik shutters. An electronic system controls these shutters and the blowers air shoots in to the filter arms where filter sleeves are cleaned automatically and cyclone capacity is always kept to maximum. The light impurities (light dust) which exits from the top of the cyclone in to air/environment is about 1-3%. *This percentage would differ from crop to crop.
