GOLD Series Color Sorting Machines are used to separate granular products such as seeds, pulses, nuts and plastics according to color, shape and light transmittance. 16MP CCD line scan cameras and 16384 pixel CMOS line scan cameras together with 640 air ejectors efficiently detect and sort unwanted colored products. This process increases product quality up to 99.9%, ensuring high quality products.
The product falls from the feed hoppers to the separation channels with the help of vibration motors. As the product passes in front of the cameras, it is detected and separated according to color, shape and quality. The system directs the desired product to the clean exit, while unwanted products are ejected with air ejectors. Unwanted products are sent to the separation channel again for reprocessing, ensuring that only unwanted items are separated, thus maximizing the good product rate.
